ISO Quality Management System certification
KWE was certified with Quality Management System certification, the first Japanese forwarder in Singapore in June 1994. Since then, KWE applies certification “ISO 9001″ with below affiliates/site and provide good quality service to our customers.

KWE Thailand has established the Safety Committee led by the president offering various activities.

《Employee Education Program》
・New employees training for drivers (At the time of enrollment)
・Classes for safe driving by an independent or company lecturer (Every other month)
《Improvement for Safety》
・Installation of drive recorders
・Designation of spots for breaks every 4 hours

Kintetsu Transtech, Inc., one of Kintetsu World Express’s domestic group companies, provides freight transportation services by tracks, and offers various initiatives for safety.
《Safety Promotion Competition》
The educational activities on safety are conducted in the Competition twice a year for all employees in Spring and Autumn.
《Implementation of Periodic Training》
Conduct hazard assessment by checking the blind spots while at the controls in a truck.
Regularly train crews in how to use the equipment used to carry cargos for our customers.
