Kintetsu World Express (U.K.) Ltd., since its establishment in 1985, has grown to be a company with approximately 130 employees. Through our business sites and the 3 locally established warehouses, we not only perform air and ocean freight import and export operations but also provide a comprehensive range of distribution services. While to date we have focused on the handling of home appliances and electronic components, in line with the accelerating pace of plant relocation by manufacturers to eastern Europe, we have been actively engaged in the expansion of handled products and presently are receiving orders from major automotive manufacturers for both the transport of parts as well as storage duties. In addition we have recently become involved in the bulk export by air of Scotch whisky and also have been actively pursuing acquisition of business from locally established companies involved in the manufacturer of airplane parts. Kintetsu World Express (U.K.) Ltd. continues to thrive.
