KWE Establishes Bangladesh Delegate Office2010/03/31
KWE is pleased to announce the establishment on April 1, 2010 of a delegate office in the capital city of Bangladesh, Dhaka.
Centering on the apparel industry, Bangladesh has a long history of exporting goods to Europe and North America. In addition in recent years investment by Japanese based companies in fields such as optical instruments and electronic components has been seen. Against this background and for the purpose of market research in South Asia, particularly Bangladesh, where future transport demand is expected to increase, KWE dispatched a full-time employee to work within Multi Freight Ltd. an agent of the KWE group and established the KWE delegate office as outlined below.
This delegate office is the first such office established by a Japanese freight forwarder in Bangladesh with a full-time Japanese employee.
