Concerning the Press Report as it Relates to KWE 2009/02/23
As stated in the press report, KWE received from the Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) on February 20, 2009 an advance notice in respect of a cease and desist directive and payment of penalty arising from the administrative investigation of the international airfreight forwarders and their association that took place from April 16, 2008 onwards, KWE is currently considering the details of this notice to determine its future response.
