KWE (Shanghai) Establishes its No.2 Warehouse in the Waigaoqiao Logistics Park, Shanghai.

Shanghai Kintetsu Logistics Co., Ltd. "KWE(Shanghai)", one of the companies within the KWE group registered in China has established its No.2 warehouse within the Waigaoqiao Logistics Park, Shanghai, which will commence full scale operations from December 3.
KWE(Shanghai) established its first warehouse (No. 1 warehouse) with a total warehouse space of 6,320㎡ in the Waigaoqiao Logistics Park in February, 2005. As a VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) hub for Chinese manufacturing plants and an overseas procurement center for foreign capital corporations, the facility currently provides logistics services for almost 200 clients.
Against a background of ongoing business expansion, the development of buyers consolidation business and Chinese export promotion strategies, in addition to the existing No.1 warehouse, it was decided to open the No.2 warehouse on the adjacent land, which with a total warehouse space of 9,700㎡, ensures that KWE (Shanghai) is able to respond to the resulting increase in demand.
From this point onwards, in addition to the main products handled to date such as electronic parts and textiles, it is aimed to further strengthen and expand operations to include the handling of automotive manufacturers' products as well as the inventory management business for catalog sales and other similar companies.
