JSCO TransContainer and KWE Enter into a Comprehensive Agency Agreement

JSCO TransContainer (´TC" Head Office: Moscow. Representative: Peter Baskakov. Capital: 13,900 million rubles) a 100% owned subsidiary of Russia Railways and Kintetsu World Express, Inc. ("KWE" Head Office: Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. President and Chief Executive Officer: Hirokazu Tsujimoto. Capital: 7,216 million yen) announce that they have entered into a sales agency agreement for container transport on Russia Railways.

1.Purpose of the Tie-Up
These companies, in line with the ongoing and rapid development of Russian markets, by combining an ocean transport service from major ports in Japan to Vostochny, the port district of Vladiovostock that is on the east coast of Russia and the "Trans Siberia Railway Service" being the railway transport route from Vostochny port, will provide a comprehensive container transport service to major cities throughout west Russia.

2.Outline of the Operations Tie-Up

1) KWE will be TC's general agent within Japan and in cooperation with TC perform the following duties.

a) Sale of the TC container transport service to Japanese consignors.

b) General enquiry duties for arrangement of the container transport service.

c) Customer service such as providing information in respect of the container transport service.

d) Storage of TC owned containers in Japan. Storage duties to be commissioned en masse to Kamigumi Co., Ltd.

2) KWE will establish a "TransContainer Center; (TC Center)" dedicated to the management of the TC container transport service and TC will dispatch full-time staff to Japan to work in that office.

3.Future Activities

1) It is planned to open the "TC Center" next month (August, 2007).

2) Customer sales activities will commence from August and be jointly performed by the TC dispatched representative staff in Japan and KWE's sales representatives.
