This page explains how to use Search to find what you are looking for.
Starting a Search
Type a word or phrase and click the "Search" button or press the Enter key. Searches for single words or simple phrases may match our Key Site feature, pointing out the primary site for information on that term. If you are searching for a phrase, remember that the order of words in the phrase is important.
Capital letters
Capital letters do change your results because simple searches are case-sensitive. "LOGSTICS" and "logistics" do not get the same search results.
And, Or, Not
Use "or" to broaden your search. Use "and" and "not" to narrow your search.
Example: Ocean or Terminal (matches either search term)
Example: Logistics and USA (match must include both terms)
Example: Forwarding not Logistics (match first term, exclude second term)
Example: (Forwarding or Shipping ) not Logistics (matches either search
term, exclude second term)
Asterisk (*)
Asterisk matches multiple unknown characters and can broaden your
search.
If you are looking for an even broader range of words, asterisk
will find words which are unrelated but start the same.
Example: Ship* (Shipping, Shipment and Shipper)
Dubble Quotation Marks(")
Dubble Quotation Marks around your search more than 2 terms will find as one word.
Example: "Air Waybill"
